Return Policy:

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Damaged items during transit must retain their tags for return processing.
- Altered or damaged items after tag removal may not be accepted for return.
- Opening video is compulsory for any kind of issues related to the product( return / refund / exchange ).
Exchange Policy:
- Items can be exchanged within the stipulated return period, subject to stock availability.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will credit the amount as STORE CREDIT or provide an online refund within 15 business days, based on your selected preference during the order placement.
Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel an order, email hello@jvelliq.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
